Special Needs on a Tandem

Take a look at this thread, and see if you can add to the discussion. A lot of us are feeling that this husband/wife team needs a recumbant tandem, and a lot of you have more experience that I do with this. The special need is that his wife has no arms, due to a bus accident. Please take a look, and contribute your thoughts.
