Down pull road caliper brake (inexpensive)

I am building a recumbent and wondering if any of you know of a road caliper brake but has a down pull instead of an up pull?

Thanks!

Don't know about the newer brakes, but the old sidepull brakes could be flipped by swapping the clamp and housing mount. Also, a linear brake can run the noodle down instead of up.

If you want inexpensive, look at the sidepull Diacompe Bulldog available from Niagra Cycle Works for under $20. You can find the company by looking on Amazon.
