Modified Harbor Freight Bike Rack

Ok, I give up. I tried searching the forum for a thread I read just last week where a forum member modified a hitch mount rack from Harbor Freight to carry his tadpole trike by replacing the upright with a longer steel tube. Can someone point me in the right direction?
