Just got an email from Karl and my fenders are there way. I wouldn't say that there is so many problems with the company. It is obviously a small company and it might take a bit longer to get what you require but I think that Karl is making a good effort to provide customer service. As for the trike my wife loves it. We recently checked out some velotecniks and even though it folds she wouldn't change. I think that her trike is the sexiest one on the trail and pretty dam fast for such a little person.
