Headlight advice??

Help!!!
My wife and I are starting riding at dusk, one of the most dangerous times to ride... we're trying to get a short ride of a couple of miles in every night after we both get off work, and have good tail lights- the Planet Bike Super Flash- but need to get a headlight on her trike asap, as she's in the lead position.
When I started researching, I was stunned to see $300-$400- even $500 headlights!! Goodness!
I'm considering one of the Magic Shine's... the 1400 Lumen 3 light unit. It looks to be as good as anything for the money- $112 on Amazon.
Have to get an accessory bar to mount it on my wife's T/T Rambler as well- T/T has one for $20.00.
Anyone have one of these? Any other reasonably priced suggestions?
Thanks!
Wes

Might want to post the question here.

I'm confident with my pair of frame mounted Nebo Redlines($25/ea) for occasional night riding. Set them in flashing mode at dusk until it's dark enough for steady. Supplement with a 100 lumen spot helmet lamp for visualizing upcoming turns. AAA batteries.

Thanks, C/B- I saw that forum as soon as I came back on to check on this thread... I'll do some studying in there.

Try this eBay eBay search http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from...All-Categories

I've attached these to both a TerraTrike Cruiser & a Gold Rush Replica. I find the Q5 5W/7W LED flashlights provide more than enough light to illuminate totally dark bike paths - and they are easy to attach/mount. Just be sure which battery(ies) you'll need for the light you order - some are 18650, some AAA, some AA. Rechargeable batteries, a charger and you're good to go.

I use a 3W as a hemet-mounted (backup) light.
