Trikes are a good deal

Since I ride a lot, I had always wished my wife could ride with me, some at least. After saving up for about a year, I bought a TerraTrike Cruiser. And lo and behold, my wife will now ride some with me, and has even gone out alone for the enjoyment. One of the good thing is the fact that my wife can get clipped in on our drive way, and can stay clipped in for the whole ride. For that reason alone, that makes trikes probably the most relaxing way to cycle there is.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Since my strokes and all, I'm only able tp ride a trike, and am quite happy. Mine's a Delta type Sun EZ3, and is quite comfortable, as well, and much to my surprise, better on khills, etc, that my DF bikes were, going up..I granny and grind up the hill, EZ as Pie. Down, though on a delta can get hairy unless you manage your peed, since they weren't designed for stability at 40 MPH.

Happy riding, Tom. I'm very glad to hear you're on the upswing.

Tom,

I was wondering WHERE in south Florida you find a HILL???? When I want to climb hills, I ride down to Port Mayaca and ride back and forth over the bridge a few times. That and the bridge in Moorehaven are the only "HILLS" that I know of....

Best from Okeechobee, Tractor Tom
