How to remove a swing arm from a BikeE

Does anyone know how to remove a swing arm from a BikeE? Not an Electric Bike. I have a couple of BikeE's and would like to remove the swing arm and have them powder coated, but I'm not sure how it comes off the frame. I believe that pipe that runs through the swing arm may have threads that screws in/out with a special tool that I don't have. I'm sure there is something out there that I can make to work but I'm not even sure if it screws out. I've asked some BikeE riders groups and no one seems to know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What's it look like when you pull that cap off of there? I expect to see a retaining bolt and a bushing or bearing....
