I think we can let that count. One orange piece of pie for you. Or should we make that a pancake?

Whoa, man. 74 pages. Does anyone even use that other mailing list thing we had set up?

Also, hi, strangers. I've been super miss busypants lately but I miss you guys and I want to come in and do stuff. Is polo happening ever?

holla!
i think the ihop promotion is for the short stacks, i'd say we do a couple different contests, all of which we can decide upon at homebase or ihop.

Me too. Carl Sagan's name just keeps randomly popping into my head.

Man I wish I could come out tonight.

Everyone do a single serving syrup shot for me.

As it turned out, that was actually one of the better rides we've had
Sorry you missed it! More people should have come, but hey, we did just fine.

so waiting for LBK to show up was no fun - i was starving by that point
but we soon set off for IHOP.

We rode up wilson and were cheered by the crowds waiting for the mardi gras parade to begin. It was such a surreal momment.

We devoured out free shortstacks and watched both Nathan and RPC do shots of syrup. gross but awesome.

we then ventured deep into the heart of yarrlington.
to the glebe and back again.
steep hills and no brakes makes for touchy decents, but we lived.

I wanna know how service at that bar was so terrible.
I mean,, it was just baaaaad.
and their pool table was so slanted each shot was a masse

Some of us were getting saucy,
and some of us were not
we were all having a good time though so it was good.

back into dc, we were able to ride together as a pack much better
that is of course, until spud crashed infront of the white house.

i'll let him explain that and show the wounds.

Ending up at Kenny's new house.
no more pancakes!
but good times and beer.

this has been a crappy recount of the night,
but i'm hungover and still feeling crappy, so....

I know that there were a ton of photos taken last night... let's see em!!

thanks for coming out people.
next stop - CRITICAL MASS FRIDAY!

holla

Pirates---

I'm going to have to take a break from riding...but that doesn't mean I can't still pillage!

Spud, we ought to compare wounds. I too got into a crash last weds, resulting in a few injuries.

Anyhow, I just wanted to give a shout out and say I'll be back as soon as possible because I do like you Pirates so far!

-Sorry for all those counting on second supper of pancakes. I guess I dropped the ball.
-BUT I GAVE YOU YOUR VERY OWN PIRATE PARADE! May well be one of the best parade experiences ever. My ego is glowing still!! See how they cheer for us? *blush* Marvelous us!
-Romel won the Championship Syrup Chugging Trophy! Kudos! Close runner up...Wolverine the Butter Eater.
-The Glebe is watching. The Glebe knows. The Gleeeeeeeeeebe. The Glebe believes in equal rights and opportunities for women in the military. The Glebe has spoken.
-Smelly ol Jay's Saloon...that long dumper was the first sign of crap to come. Worst. Service. Ever.
-Syrup shots with a Yuengling chaser= awesomely yummy. Who knew?
-Thanks to all who came out and made it fun! And as for the rest... The Glebe is deeply disappointed in you.

you dropped der Ball on the lingonberry pancakes for sure; and then Kenton failed to pick it up, bastardos!

the parade was awesome, maybe its time for a helmet cam. i mean how many other bike gangs get parades, we got to flaunt our accomplishments.

the glebe, well i don't know, it was the glebe all right, but what the **** does that even signify? i guess noah and i are glad we didnt endo on a hidden pothole after you dropped us. what does the glebe think about gays in the military?

Jay's Saloon might be alright on a non-weekend/non-holiday night, all those fratboys weren't helping, and the outrageously small pool table (and matching pool cue) were pretty ****ed, and awesome shooting by Nathan at the end of the second game. ok so maybe we shouldnt ever pillage there again.

great stencil design and "marking" tink. i think its time to start plastering stickers all over.

i dont even know what happened last night, i was out of the saddle accelerating and threw too much weight, i guess i'm not used to rigid forks not robbing all my power, and went toppling, it seems the camera is fine which i immediately grabbed and tried to keep from smashing, it has some scars now. my wounds arent that bad, and are healing up faster than i would have expected, i'll take pictures later tonight. the worst part is going up and down steps, and i guess i'll be looking for a new winter jacket.

in other news, the hills of yarrlington pillage is coming up on the first of april daytime ride, bring gears, bring brakes, bring beer, bring pancakes and pie, whatever you want: no excuses not to be there. i'll give injured pirates a ride on my handlebars.

i'm glad everyone came out too, i was a little confused when dave and i rolled up and there were only two other pirates.
