It's from a picture I took of the Green Man, a repeating motif in the stonework of Rosslyn Chapel in Scotland. I was there BEFORE the da Vinci Code (the climax of the book/movie is set there). It is old, beautiful and has scads of pagan imagery, including this guy. He's a nature worship archetype, representing the rebirth of each spring season.

This is random, and doubtful but does anyone have a pickup I can borrow on the 28th so I can move to NJ?
I'll leave you with my VW Golf for the day if you can drive stick, or just pay you and fill the tank...this is a longshot but we'll see. |
Phillycarshare has pickup trucks you can rent by the hour.
Though i wonder if a u-haul would be cheaper if its for the day. Maybe, maybe not. Actually, if you're willing to cover the costs and a little extra, I could rent the pickup for you and even help. PM if you're interested.
