I'm working tomorrow and Sunday. I couldn't get off because I am still in training and my boss told me she would **** all over anyone who asked off in training.
I don't want to be shatted on
I wish I was coming though! Eat some mad cupcakes for sure! Be safe .

So we're sitting here at registration... lots of roadies, lots of people in general. Most are still drunk from last night.
More updates to follow... not bloody likely.

Todd, did you leave early? I didn't see your truck this morning nor you during the race...but I just wasn't around much either...
Everyone: I had a ton of fun seeing you all again/meeting you for the first time! Thanks for coming and I apologize for being a bit disorganized. Hopefully I'll be down for a FL race sometime soon!

Yes, 4 of us left around 10PM Saturday night. The interstate closure delayed us 2 HOURS, but once we finally back-tracked we made our way home at 12am.
Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to see you and the rest of the ATL down here soon.

wow i'm sore.
for people that didnt go, here's the scoop: atlanta is ****ing hilly. seriously. wtf, why did no one tell us. effed up.
awesome race, awesome organization. puts to shame races i've done that have cost much more.
the winning team managed like 32 laps, which is incredible since it took a normal human around an hour to do a lap. the winning solo guy did 22 laps. as a team, we managed like 22. so the seven people that ended up riding on our team was equal to one dude. and his thighs were like veiny seqouias.
hank was the closest to winning an award out of all of us, no matter the reason. there's always next year, hank.
Big thanks to michael for being a three-team team captain. you rock, and i owe you. lemme know when you need to collect. carol, thanks for the energy powder stuff, and for always being positive- you too, andrew. thanks chris for the tent, and for letting us use it after you left. thanks to danny for riding for us, and for bringing gepetto. thanks robb for being worthless, riding ninety-something gear inches and still walking by me up the edgewood hill- and for being the only guy who got a flat. star, you're my hero for drinking all that birthday beer and still doing a lap. jamey and todd and eric and cheyenne and chris k and aaron and bobby and anyone else i may have forgotten- it was great meeting ya and so on. i was glad there were no jackoffs to dole out drama. other than robb, anyway.
small world, seeing michael and carol at ikea, then robb's crew at some random peestop on i75, then again on the road three hours later.
good times. i'll try to post the gps file of my laps and some pics later.

robb is like that.
Glad to hear that everyone had fun, at least.
Hills suck, especially here, where you can't really train for them.
