Awwww yeah Kyle!
I'll race this one (should have a bike by then).
I just scored some fixed wheels for the Batavus. Are you at Sopo right now?

You like the rhyme? It took us half an hour thinking about our breakups while looking at broken bikes. The following depression took several beers to dissipate.

I just moved here, so I'm definitely down to check this race out. My friend Burns is laid up right now from surgery and will not be riding but I'm sure he'll be there as well. I did not think there were any BF cats down in this area, so this is cool. Later

Congrats to Amy (1st female), Jes (purplebike) (2nd), and Rosie (3rd)
And to Jason (1st male), Jamie(2nd), and Matt P. / JP (tie for 3rd) and to the rest of the Hess crew who came in just after.
Austin got the Arena Baggage hip pouch for being the only person crazy enough to ride an extra 7 miles to Decatur for the bonus.
Huge Thanks to Mike at Arena Baggage for the prizes
Amy chose the Arena bag over the RELoad and replaced her busted up old backpack with a bad a** custom Broken Hearts mess bag. (I'll get pics up soon)
And thanks to everyone who rode. Broken Hearts is Sopo's one big fund raiser of the year. The money we made last night will help pay our rent and to buy new tools and supplies for the shop.
Thanks for supporting your friendly local community workshop.
Finally,
It's over! Thank god it's finally over!
I can relax and read without worrying about staffing checkpoints or sorting out prizes. I'll never organize another race again...
So...who's coming out to AlleyCross? March 31 2007
See you on the streets
Kyle
