Not as serious as Wolfpack, hence the name.
Fast paced 15 mile ride.

Man that site makes me miss L.A. I used to do all those rides by myself or with a couple friends.

Can you PM me with some info about places to stay close to the start/finish?
I think I'll take the coaster up to Union station one time this summer and ride along. I'm thinking June-ish.
In fact, if any 619 fixies want to go up and see how much hustle the WP has, we could coordinate a trip, head up, ride, and head back next day. Easy as meeting at Santa Fe Station.

dude i rode with Midnight Ridazz last night for the Dada ride in downtown LA
the city at night was so beautiful
it was so much fun
so many people, like 300
people were drinking, some people smoking up
it was a fun ride, with music and really chill atmosphere.
average speed was maybe 15mph? i dont really know (wouldn't it be cool if you could somewhat estimate your mph by your cadence?)
we were taking up the whole lane, and totally ignoring the traffic lights. A few times police cars screamed their sirens at us, but we'd all cheer back. Any honking would get cheering and some curses.
I can't wait to go again.
A relay race started at 9 i think, and the ride started at like 10 and ended at around 12:30. Lol we were supposed to end at Monty's but rather ended at some Mexican bar. But me and my friend were underage anyways so we just biked back to the car.

Agreed. I don't know what the Creatins do, or the Nutterbuckets.. But SD does lack something like this.
AA bikes has a fast paced fixie ride wed nights... Not quite the same but still similar. Dunno.
Mostly, I wanna check out LA and see how it goes.

the cretins/nutterbuckets/electric warrior kids all do chill stuff. which is cool if you're into that. but i'd love to get into something where the ride doesn't stop every two blocks for beer and crashes. plus a smaller group would be way more fun.
i've never been to the adam's rides yet. i live in la jolla/utc area so i'm typically not in that area but i want to start going to those.
but yeah, i'm with you on the LA trip if/when you're going.

I'm gonna go, just need to talk with the wolfpack to see if they are down with out of towners. I'm good with the rules of keep up or get left out.
Meet me at the next CM and we can go over details. I'l bring some adult beverages.

despite the hate (and it's easy to hate LA), i grabbed my wife and showed her a map (as she is from LA), and asked her how far that is. It's really far. and to those who have not been there, the whole giant city is a huge mountain range (or so it seemed to me on my last trip).
Props, Wolfpack.
They called us the Wolfpack
they called us United Blood
we wore chains around our waists
and construction gloves

Hopefully this summer I'll be out that way to visit a friend a SCI-Arc and can join in the fun. Possibly.
Glad to know I'm not the only person that sings Judge everytime they hear of the LA wolfpack.
