Dear Richmond folk--I can't come to the race, but out of curiousity, what's the fixed scene like in Richmond? My family is up there so I spend a bit of time in the city & I haven't ever seen anyone riding. When I come up next time I'd like to bring my bike and ride around though....thoughts?
