Sorry we missed the after party, things seemed to be running late and we made the call to go on back home the same night. Was hoping to faternize n'at with Ohio folk, but alas it was not meant to be.

So... How many folks registered? How many finished? It was niiiiiice.

I am so sore it's ridiculous. I got a front flat, lost traction and fell on my hand/elbow/knee/ankle and then slid on my messenger bag about half way through the race. Picked it up and kept going though. Then I was cramping something ugly, for the entire last manifest. I could hardly walk when I was off my bike at checkpoints. Good times. I have video I'll eventually edit/post.

All in good fun.

And now you are hereby obligated to attend a race in Pittsburgh at some point.

Eventually, we're planning on having some sort of "calling out Ohio" race, as there are tons of kids on bikes over there yet none of them travel the 2-3 hours east to visit. It makes us sad.

I did a race in Pitts a year or so ago. I got lost as ****. If I recall correctly, you were wearing a neon pink skinsuit. It was before you sold the Vivalo.

I still own my Vivalo. And yes, I was wearing a pink skinsuit.

That was the Spirits of the Streets race, Halloween 2005. I also ran the 2006 Halloween race, Mommey Can I Go Out and Ride Tonight, Misfits themed.

This year, my Misfits planning partner and I are once again laying claim to the Halloween race. This time, Ozzy themed. Bark at the Mon.

Dude! You put me down as Miha??? Anyway, it's actually Mike. And just for fun, my watch recorded a high of 99 degrees that day. It was brutal!

Cincinnati is definitely interested in comparing hills with Pittsburgh...it's been awhile since I've ridden out there.
