Hit and Run?

I'm riding back to school from lunch when a car pulls out from the curb right in front of me. i swirve almost parallel to the car, but end up sort of falling into the driver side door. my had first, followed by my shoulder. i'm able to right my self back up and ride on. the woman then passes me and flips me off. awesome.

is this a hit and run?

I have a tendency to aim for the hood of the car and to try to body slam it as hard as I can. **** yo car.
