nice recon job. I'm wondering what the intent of the gravel was -- if someone is planning on resurrecting the track.

And on that note: What the fa-kuk is up with bikeforums? It took me several tries to post that last one, and then I was double posted. Agg, total frustration! And it's slow! Shyt! Underground swearing!

Vegans of the road, is it? Mother****er, I eat my steak rare.

PS. I was the one who banged on his roof - next time I'm taking off his mirror as a souvenir.
PPS. No, but I wish.

Edit: Shiznaz, shh ... you're not supposed to tell people about that. Don't you know how a good inflammatory editorial article works?

cavit8 04-04-06 09:04 PM

I'd say it has the ring of satire, if it wasn't the nazitional post. So it's just a sorry rant from some corpulent hack who's going to drink himself to death.

Ah passive-agressive behavior by the mouthpiece of the ruling elite. It's pretty tough to put down civil servants upholding laws created to prevent automobists from hurting people, but he manages at once to thumb his nose at the workers of the world *and* turn bicylists into raging menacing idealogues not unlike... *gasp* himself! And with that writing, how'd you get your job, Mister, uh, Richler? Oh.

I smell letters to the editor and a chain of junk bikes locked across the doors of the National Post's editorial offices a brewin'.

mordechai richler would be proud i'm sure

The guy is a major *sshole and why is it cagers only have to pay $150:00 dollars when they drive through a cross walk when people are trying to cross or how about when they race past the street car doors when open cause they don't want to be behind a street car Hmmmmmmmm for that they should be suspended from driving one year plus $500:00 dollar fine or the SUV mom's that race thier kids to school putting all people at risk,, maybe we should all go throw dog sh*t at his house one night .

Ill Mitch 04-04-06 09:22 PM

$110 for passing a streetcar?!?! what?
