Have you been fit yet? If you use cleats with float and set them up correctly, you won't have any knee pain...

Im using the yellow tips cleat... still some pain.

I have been fit.
Although I am due to go back for a new seatpost with further setback next month after I "break-in" this fitting... I am feeling better but my knees are still bugging me after long/hard sprints and climbing. I feel like I need the extra float.

Knees might hurt due to incorrect saddle height and fore/after as well.

Have (all used in good condition):
-Easton EA30 seatpost (27.2), handlebars (42cm), and stem (+/-6, 110mm)
-Crank Brothers Candy C pedals- yellow, just back from a $29 spa treatment by Crank Brothers
-SRAM triple crankset 53/39/30, 172.5mm arms, with BB
-Sora 3x8 brifters
-Ultegra triple front derailleur, 31.8 clamp
-Shimano 105 double front derailleur, 31.8 clamp
-Tiagra rear derailleur
-8-speed cassettes x2, one 8-speed SRAM chain
-Trek saddle, off a 7.X hybrid
-Avid Shorty 4 cross brakes
-Shimano 105 53T chainring, 130 BCD (will have next week)
-Front wheel- Ultegra hub, 28-hole Open Pro rim. One spoke has a kink in it and needs to be replaced, otherwise in very good shape

***I know much of this ain't high end stuff, but there's enough of it here that you could slap together a rain bike, beater, etc.

Seeking:
-110 or 120mm stem, 31.8 diameter, +/- of no more than 10 degrees
-Shallow drop 31.8 bars
-computer
-open to other ideas

HAVE:
Litespeed-branded aluminum seatpost, with setback, 31.6. Black. Good condition, some insertion marks down low, clean up high.

I've got no need for it. If you've got 31.6 bikes, take it off my hands for whatever you have lying around, such as: 27.2 seatpost; a clincher tire; a 9 speed chain, delta-interface LOOK pedals that you have no use for since you bought Keos; cleats... whatever. a consumable or two, you know? nothing much.

Just take this seatpost!

I have some 38's on my backup bike.

I raced and trained on that all last year. That's how I figured out that I like narrow bars. Makes moving around in a pack much easier as well.

2007 54 cm Allez Pro (E5), full dura-ace w/ DT Wheelset

E5 aluminum w/ carbon seat stays and full dura-ace 7800 components, including brakes.

I replaced the wheels with DT Swiss Mon Chasseral wheels which are super light. I had the rear rebuilt with a stronger R1.1 because it's eyeletted, whereas the original rims weren't. The hubs are DT240's, it doesn't get much better than that.

The handlebars, seatpost, and stem are specialized s-works carbon.

Replaced the stock seat with a white specialized alias (143), and put on white fizik bar tape. It was also tuned up after the winter.

I'm looking for a wheelset comparable to the one on the bike, maybe a little more low end and whatever else you can offer, PM me
