I asked him to go on because I expected exactly the continued patronizing that he served up. Certainly no surprise that he did.

I said "brifter" isn't in the language because it is not in the formal English language. You don't really see it outside these forums.

I wanted to watch him leap up the ladder of inference, which he did admirably.
