SRAM GXP BB86 bottom bracket choices?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

SRAM GXP BB86 bottom bracket choices?

I have a new Scott Addict SL frameset on the way that will arrive fitted up with a Shimano BB86. Will transfer my new Force 22 with the GXP crankset from old frame to new. I think I would rather not use shims and just get a BB made straight away to accommodate the GXP. The SRAM BBs don't seem to get a lot of favorable reviews, and I am not familiar with others such as Token or Wheels Mfg. Will avoid the cost of ceramic if possible (but not at the cost of poor performance).

Anyone have a particular BB preference or recommendation for this setup?

Also, what are the pros/cons between the plastic cups or machined aluminum for press fit?
