House of Pain group suggestion

Hey all, I'm traveling to Danville to visit my parents for the 4th and thought I'd try out House of Pain. Any idea on the average rolling speeds of the various groups?

I have no experience with that ride but so intrigued by the name I had to google it. Looks like it could be fun. Looks like a video of the complete medium ride here, the notes say 20 mph average over the entire warm up to finish with at 15 mph wind (other sources also say about 1500 feet climbing over 41 miles):
