You did get swindled, I wouldn't have paid a dime over $495 for that bike
And, I would do yourself a favor a get some pics quick, I can sense the crowd getting ugly in here, and your about a day away from having a crowd with torches show up at your door tomorrow night. Just be thankful that Opie hasn't noticed your thread yet.....

You did fine. Nice frame and a solid group. I probably put 15K all-weather miles on my RSX bike before replacing with Ultegra. As others have said, it's not as pretty as 105 or Ultegra, but RSX is frickin' bomb-proof. Now go out there and start trying to wear them out!
(But first, post a picture.)

Maybe no pics because kwhord doesn't want us to know that the bike is/is not Bianchi celeste (take your pick in that debate; personally, if it isn't celeste, then it was a rip-off!).

Yeah, I hate to tell you but that wasn't a great deal for a bike that age, especially if you looked into used bikes.
BUT, for a new bike that was a fine deal. So to make yourself feel better tell yourself you got a brand new bike for less then half what it was worth.
BUT, next time shop around a bit. For reference I got a bike with a complete mid 90s Dura Ace group, and as an extra bonus it had a great Lugged steel frame. I paid 600.
