Saddle - Bar Drop - What is your setup?

I'm just curious what amount of bar drop most roadies actually ride. Please note that the poll is for those with "road" bike with drop bars. I'm considering the measurement made from a level straightedge placed on the saddle vertically down to the center of the bars.

For me, 4" exactly. top of saddle to top of bars. So around 4-1/2" to the center of the bars.

I've currently got ~5.75" / 146mm simply because I can't lower the bars without replacing the stem. I started with the stem higher and kept going down to see where I was comfy and ran out of room. At some point I'll get a -25 to -35 degree stem and see how that feels. Gotta say, though that I now ride around 90% of the time in clip on aerobars. I ride down in the drops only when in a killer headwind or situations that need the handling finesse of the wider position.

I have 70mm from seat to bar tops.
99mm from seat to hoods.
and 180mm from seat to where the my hands go in the flat spot on the drops.
230 to the bottom of my bar
i also ride quite streched out so my seat to bar drop to tops isnt the biggest .Most my time is spent between drops and hoods. Tops are left for long steep climbs of 6%+.

Yep I'm out of spacers too. I'd have to go with a negative rise stem. I have one in the bin, but it looks super funky on the bike, and since I don't race, the current setup is fine.

Must have a small head tube on that bike or some long legs. to get drop like that out of a positive stem

Doh, I guess that did sound weird, sorry.

To clarify, I do have a negative rise stem (-10 degrees). I meant I'd have to go with something more extreme like a -17 in order to get more drop, because the head tube is long-ish.

2.5 inches on my main bike. It all depends on the type of bar for me. I have my classic bend bars a little higher than my compact with shallow drops, since I'm in the drops most of the time. I don't really care about the height of the tops.

Saddle is about even with the tops of my bars...maybe a few mm higher.
