Upgrading a Claud Butler Criterium

Hi, I bought a 201 Claud Butler Criterium last year and I am thinking of upgrading it. I have already bought clipless pedals which I am enjoying, but I was thinking of getting some better wheels. From the spec online

It says that the current wheelset are just alloy hubs. I was considering upgrading to a better wheelset, would this be a good idea or are these wheels good enough? I was looking in particular at these on ebay

Your bike is 7 speed so those wheels wont be compatible. You really aren't going to find upgrade worthy wheels in 7 speed. Ride the bike and save money to eventually put toward a new bike when your ready to upgrade

You can use a 7 speed cassette with the correct spacers but I personally wouldn't bother. That's basically a cheapo department store bike.

If you want to upgrade anything, get some Tourney brifters
