Anybody who had experience using both K-EDGE GO BIG Pro vs Helmet mounted action cam? Which one is more stable/less shaky? Pros and cons.

You would think that handlebar mounted would be horrible to watch from all that road vibration but I find that it gives me the best quality footage. I have helmet, bar and chest mounts. The bar mount is good if you screw it down tight.
Helmet:
Pros-> Films what you see
Cons-> Might cause nausea when reviewing footage especially if you bob your head a lot. Also looks tacky.
Chest:
Pros -> Gives a unique view with arms.
Cons-> Moves alot when body moves (Riding hard uphill or sprinting). One more extra thing strapped to your body which I dislike sometimes.
K-edge :
Pros-> Smoothest footage of all 3, no need to carry those bulky chest straps.
Cons-> You aint gonna get good footage when rocking your bike sprinting or climbing.

My helmet videos are tilted, probably because it isn't secured properly.

I agree with SnowCYYCling the K-Edge handlebar mount is super stable much better than the original plastic mount. Here's an example I filmed this summer in the Alps, with both handlbar mount and seat-rails mount over lots of rough roads.

Aside from the camera mount issue, wow! I'm jealous of the great riding you have!

LET'S ROLL
Helmet/head mounting might have less vibration than bar mounting.
Gives the ability to change viewing angles; front, side, backwards, etc.
But quick side checks looks dizzying on video:
