I work on vintage VWs and can tell you, I'll take German parts over Chinese all the time.
Somebody to fool younsuch as Brick of Germany that has offices there but all parts are made in China.

Cute, but you have no way of knowing if that car hit something first, careened onto the sidewalk and then hit the bike. Also, you will notice that the rim is bent. Was that rim made in German?
Oh, and Gammax bikes appear to be made, in, well...China:

It's on the Internets so it has to be true.
Seriously...The rear wheel of the bike is bent, so it is entirely possible that the car collided with something that produced the dent and then it went on to hit the rear of the bike.
