Group rides leaving from Orange, CA?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Group rides leaving from Orange, CA?

Just moved to Orange, CA and was wondering if folks know of any group rides that meet up/leave from around here. I'm pretty close to the 57/5 interchange and the Plaza. I'm a crit racer, but am interested in slow and fast rides.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for googling all that for me! But I'm looking specifically for rides leaving from the city of Orange, which is in, but not the same as, Orange County.

The Santiago Cycling rides start in Tustin, the city next door. If you ride to the start, its around an extra 7-10 miles each way from your stated location. The Path, also in Tustin does rides.

You may try calling the shops in Orange to see if they do rides. Adrenaline Bikes, 714-288-2012; In-Cycle, 844-722-9253; Bike Alley (mostly BMX) 714-997-3980.

REI may also have rides.

Also try posting this on the So Cal regional board here on Bike Forums. There are several active people that live behind the Orange curtain. I don't do organized group rides, so I have no first hand knowledge other than Santiago and The Path as they are my LBS's.
