High Profile Wheelset- FLO 60/90 vs Campagnolo Bullet 80 vs RED WInd XLR USB 80

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

High Profile Wheelset- FLO 60/90 vs Campagnolo Bullet 80 vs RED WInd XLR USB 80

Hi everyone.
I would like to change my wheels (Mavic Askium) with an high profile wheels.
I like to climbs a lot (the Alps), and I know that High Profile Wheels doesn't suite climbs at all, but I still want an high profile wheelset.
I think they really look beautiful, so I want to give them a try.

My budget is around 1000€ (1200$), so I have found out the following wheelset:
- FLO 60 mm + FLO 90 mm (or even 90 +90)
- Campagnolo Bullet 80 mm
- Fulcrum Red Wind XLR 80 mm

Price will almost be the same to me ( I know FLO are less expensive, but I need to import them from Italy, so the customs duty will raise it by 25%, if I am lucky).

Does anyone have been able to test them ? Any advice ? (I am also open to other brand at the same price range)

Sorry for my bad english.
