Unless he has been Lebron James, there is no way that he could match my speed.

Where's @PepeM ?

@PepeM
Sorry, keyboard weirdness. Good question though.
Guys. Believe it or not, I actually dropped LeBron James, and I'm just a Cat 4. I know, BS, right? Except it's not. I lived in Miami when he moved there, and his house was on South Bayshore which is the major bike route to get to Key Biscayne where everyone trains.
I was riding along, minding my own business, probably holding a steady 350 watts since it was a recovery ride, when an enormous man in a backpack on a mountain bike pulled out from a sidestreet right in front of me. I moved out into the lane, passed him like a fighter jet missing the cables on a carrier, and then realized people in cars were taking pictures with their cell phones of the guy behind me.
That's actually a true story. Yet more proof that he's a crappy bike rider. It also appeared that he was wearing compression NOT BIBS under a pair of baggy NOT BIBS.

It was definitely not NOT LeBRON JAMES.
Honestly, I'm not even kidding. He had on that same backpack and it was that enormous mountain bike, he lived next door to some family friends so I'd see him riding from time to time, but only droped him the one time. There is no way he could match my speed unless he'd been playing in the finals.

...LeBron would have laid back until the last climb, reeled you in like a slow salmon swimming upstream, and then smoked your ass in the sprint for the line. #inarealrace

LeBron's balance is still off after what Steph Curry did to him in the Finals.

Come on people, Lebron is not such a bad guy, as long as he's not talking...or nearby..or playing basketball..or staring down some Sirrus or whatever rider waiting to beat him off the line. Okay, he's completely annoying, insecure, and all that other crap we hear about him.
