De Rosa Bike - Identification and value ? help Needed

the bike looks like a de rosa vision
but the fork says de rosa giro d'italia
the frame is made out of aluminum
size 54
the bike have all de rosa original parts
and a Look pedals
some vinrage ones
i guess they are Look 156
and equipped with shimano 105 5500 9spds with damged brifters covers
the group set is working fine shifting and braking
and a pair of good michelin dynamic sport 700cx23
i'm thinking of trading my steel bottecchia and buy this bike
so any info. about the frame and the value of it
the owner is asking a 340 euro / 385 usd

not sure, but yes, god yes, buy it... that's a BEAUTIFUL Italian bike... would make a nice commuter for me...
