That seems like good advice, I appreciate it. If I do continue racing I should definitely have a better understanding of my bike. But thinking that far into the future only skews your vision of reality.
I'll drop the wheel off and see what they have to say about them after they get them in person.

I was offering solid advice. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
In addition, Mechanics did not make the Heathpack list of liars. There are two of us that did make that list.

The van needed new headlights and wiper blades. NBD. But, when I removed the driver's side headlight, I found that it is hanging on by one mount tab. Guess I'll be getting a new module.

...see, this is why you want to do your own car repairs. You can't usually find a mechanic who will just slop it together with some JB Weld any more, 'cause of all the nanny state liability issues.

That's what's holding half my front bumper on. I think some youth tried to use my car to do some sort of jumping maneuver which managed to break all the stupid plastic connectors on the one side. Not the little plastic things that go into the hole, the plastic part that has the hole in it.

Personally I think crabs are too much work to eat.

I mostly wear bibs, but I have a nice pair of Specialized shorts the boss gave me (sun-faded display item). It feels funny, to me, wearing non-bib shorts.

I use both shorts AND bibs, and don't really have a preference.

The "i" probably stands for internal, since that's where the bearings sit.
