If it's the same as this: Shimano Dura Ace BB86 Bottom Bracket | Backcountry.com, then yes.

You shouldn't need to swap BB's if you're staying within the Shimano family?

Yeah I'm not sure what kind of BB I have I think it may be an FSA BB ,, do I have to change the BB if its an FSA one

If the frame has BB86, or more likely PF86 or BB386 EVO, then you would need a corresponding bottom bracket that fits, and depending on what kind of crankset you want to run, you have to get the right one. So you have two things you to worry about when picking the bottom bracket: the bottom bracket type (standard 24/BB30/PF30/PF86/BB386/etc.), and the crankset type you want to run (Shimano Hollowtech II/SRAM GXP/Campagnolo PT/UT/etc.). Now if you just tell us what frame this is, we can probably tell you what it has.

This should work: the cups will be pressed into the BB86 frame, and the 24x37x7mm bearings in the cups will allow you to run the Hollowtech II crankset. I agree the bottom bracket numbers are all very confusion to someone new.
