If the front wheel has the flat, just do a wheelie and ride it that way. Duh.
But if the rear wheel has the flat - whoa. Different ball game. In theory, you cooould put the front wheel in the rear and ride a wheelie on that one, but in the real world, your hands might get greasy removing the wheels. So there's really no option but to take Richardson Bike Mart, Trek, Lowe's and the EPA to court and get a brand new lighter bike, a new bike-friendly hook, and reliable air ... and a huge cash settlement for the prolonged suffering you've had to endure because of their gross negligence.

...I think I can help you with some sound advice, @jsharr. You need to Calculate Your VO2 Max for Cycling.
Then, reference that with your training ride diary to get average speed, and trade in that old steel bike hook for a CF one. Don't forget to wave, and it doesn't hurt if you occasionally yell at someone. #Uwelcome
