Saw someone keep their bike standing at a red light

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

That's impressive...I can track stand decently...but not sitting down, not no-hands, and CERTAINLY not no-hands while sitting.

Indeed.. though no-hands while standing would be really impressive.

I thought you guys were over these videos. No hands while standing is doable.

I just saw a guy do this about a month ago at a traffic light sitting in the middle of 4 lanes. He was probably late 20's or early 30's, on a road bike and literally was upright for almost 45 seconds while twisting the handle bars back and forth. I sat in my car watching the entire time with my mouth wide open, in awe. It was quite impressive.

You would be surprised how easy it is to learn. You only need a day practicing the right way to figure it out.
