Yeah - they usually come with them. If not you could possibly fashion your own, but i'd just sell mine on ebay and get one with included shims or one designed for 26.0.

Get the Deda Clip Black Carbon: It mounts below your handlebar and I found it lowers the center of gravity of the handlebar/stem and improves handling as opposed to the Syntace C2 where everything mounts on top. They make em for both 31.8 and 26.0, but are a bit more expensive than C2s. They can be found for under $200 and weigh the same as C2s.
