Need Rear Wheel Advice - Dented C24 Wheel
Last season I was forced into a pothole by a car and got a dent in my rear wheel. The rear brakes pulse when braking and I find it to be annoying and I don't like how it feels when going 50mph down a hill. I don't notice the hop most of the time, but when I ride at just the right speed on a smooth road it is really apparent. I was really enjoying the ride of my Dura-Ace C24 wheels. I had them for 2 years and never had any problems. My front wheel is fine.
Any recommendations on something a little stronger for the rear wheel? I don't mind rocking mismatched wheels. I weigh 175 pounds and ride 150 miles a week with 10,000+ feet of climbing.

Call your dealer and see if you can get a replacement rim.
I did something similar to some Easton wheels a few years ago. They're all Al so the replacement rim was only $80 or so, but definitely cheaper than a whole new wheel. The pulsing was definitely annoying but I was more concerned about the durability of the bead / wheel connection and I did NOT want to be blowing out a tire on a fast descent (this was my front)

Those are some good wheels, I've owned mine for over a year now and they are far and away my favorite wheelset. I 2nd checking with the dealer to see if you can get the wheel repaired rather than trying to find something more durable.

I don't think there's a "more durable" wheel that would survive the impact you're talking about. When people talk about more durable wheels, they refer to staying true and not breaking spokes. Dented rims are from edge impacts, and there's really no such thing as a more durable rim wall.
See about a crash replacement from Shimano, it'll be expensive but probably cheaper than a new wheel.

I called shimano and they won't replace my wheel due to it being related to impact. I can ask them about a crash replacement. I am pretty sure a replacement c24 rim is pretty pricey. Are there any good rims for 20 spoke hubs? It would be a shame to waste a good Dura Ace hub.

This is one of the easiest fixes you can do on a bike. Unless it's a really bad dent, it'll take you a few minutes to bend it back. I'm always surprised more people don't know about it.
Use this: Tech Tuesday - Fixing Rim Dents - Pinkbike
The strength won't be perfect, but it won't be dangerous, and it will definitely fix the pulsing. I've done it a couple times on my Ultegra wheels.
