Back on the bike.

Do you have ever ride the bike daily for 20 miles do that for around 3 years then for some reason you stop ride for 4 years and you get back on the bike. Do you feel the same as you used to ride used your legs again as before or you felt like you ride the bike for first time your legs after that 4 years no ride is feel strong or you feel like new rider legs.

Why do you hate punctuation?

Hasn't happened to me yet but I would imagine that 4 years off the bike would be like just starting out again as far as conditioning is concerned. You'd still have the mental aspect covered but it would take a while for your body to catch back up.

Yes. Take only a month off and you will notice a difference at first, so take 48 months off and you'll be nowhere near where you were for quite a while.

I bet the mental aspects could take some time too.

If you like to ride the bike, ride it.

You must be young. After a certain age you lose capacity even if you keep riding ...

I took over a decade off, doubled my weight, lost every bit of muscle tone and most of the bulk ... but I can't ride in the past, so what I used to do is irrelevant.

Ride the bike. If you like it, ride some more.
