10 years old titanium litespeed bike with complete dura-ace groupset! Worth it?

Once again I'm wondering if I'd be dumb to turn down this deal. A bike shop owner in my area is selling this 2004 bike for approx. 750 usd.
He has competed in multiple marathons with it and is now selling cause obviously as a shop owner he can afford newer versions.
I'm absolute aware what a top quality bike this is but simply visually I can't seem to fall in love with it.
Would I do a mistake turning down this deal?
What's your opinion about titanium bikes (forks are a titanium-chrome composit)

Here some pics and thanks for your help guys!

There are bike marathon races? AS in 26.2 miles?

Edit: to actually answer your question, how much do you care about aesthetics? I agree that it's not an attractive bike, but then again the only bikes that are beautiful to me have thin round tubes and usually lugs.
Have you test ridden it? Maybe you'll like it so much you won't care how it looks.

Well, if it's your size, and it's in good shape (check the integrity of the welds at the main joints), that's a good price (but not an absolutely amazing price) for a quality Ti bike. Most comparable Ti bikes I see on CL are closer to $1000. Of course, it's up to you if you prefer Ti to Carbon, or Steel, or Aluminum. Personally, I'd be very interested in it - although I'd also be looking at what sort of newer Carbon used bikes could also be gotten in that $600-900 range before stating unequivocally that it's the best thing out there.

As far as the looks go - well, that's what Titanium bikes look like.
