New handlebar install, is there an easy way to do it without re cabling?
 

I'm switching out my handlebar setup in favor of a new shape. the current bars have integrated cabling with the housing and inner cables running inside the bar. .

Is there an easy way for me to do this without removing all the cabling. the frame has integrated cable routing as well.

No.

Easy? No. Easier? Perhaps.

Take everything off, including the inner cables but leave the cable HOUSING running through the frame. So: Inner cables, tape, pull the housings out of the bars, undo headset and remove bars.

Then install the inner cables back into the housing BUT from the other end (as in nearest the der). If you are also installing new cables/housing, then remove the old housing leaving the old inner cables running through the frame.

Then install: Bars, shifters and run the new housings back over the old inners that are still inside the frame. Then remove the old inner cables. Add ferules, where needed, and install the new inner cables through the shifters and into the housing. Seat everything as best as you can.

Attach the cables to the der and use the der to make sure the housings are seated in the ferules and the ferules in the shifters. That means attach the cables to the der and grab the inner wire (where exposed) and pull on it. Hard.

Once that is done you may have to resize the housings (likely) so do so by only sliding the inner cables out as far as you have to so as not to cut them as well. Cut the housings and then re-install the inner cables and set up your gears.

Last step is to tape and wrap the bars. You do this last to make sure that everything has seated properly first.
