Ebay best time to buy
Hello,
I was wondering, if it exists, which month or time of the year is the best time to buy a used frame? When does will one find an array of frames being offered for sale? I'd imagine it would be sometime in the fall as the racing is starting to die down. I'd appreciate the input. Thank You.
