Punchy white helmet

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Punchy white helmet

Hello, I am looking for a punchy white helmet to match a punchy white bike. The color is whiter than normal and all the white helmets I see are like a bit darker, would you guys know a real white helmet? Maybe Poc Octal Hydrogen white.

You said it yourself, why look any further? Are there particular features you are after, besides the color?

The Kask Protone comes in all white as well. Judging by pictures online the shade looks pretty clean to me.

I was looking for something a bit cheaper than the Octal.

The protone shade is like most helmets, not punchy white.

I don't know what makes a white helmet "punchy," but this one strikes me as pretty badass.

Why don't you just spend a few more dollars than you're comfortable with and get the one you know you like, the Poc?

Looks like it's around $240. That's pricey, but you'll have it for a while and it's not that much more than typical road helmets. IMO it's ugly, but if it's your thing then you should grab it!

If you want to be really cheap, you could look at this one-

Vittoria V100 Helmet

Seems "punchy" enough to me. I just did a filtered search for white within Nashbar's helmet list, there may be others on there that fit what you're looking for.

It's better than their old TT helmet, but that's not saying much.

Look at that punchy orange, though-

Well now, that helmet is a walking penis joke...and there current aero helmets are hideous as well, but I don't mind the Octal and the Trabec (mtb). On the right melon they look pretty good.

Punchy white bikes are the slowest. Adding a punchy white helmet will only make you slower.
