Wheel set on a budget
Looking for good wheels, but on a budget (<$200). I'm a big guy, so probably need at least 32-spoke wheel. Any suggestions? Good manufacturer?

I am a bigger guy too, (6'2" 225) and have good luck with cheapo Fulcrum Racing 7. Year long riding on crappy NY roads and they have held up really well. Nashbar has them for $200 and every other week they run a 20% or 25% off sale.

Nashbar has these and today they have 23% off.
Mavic Open Sport / Shimano 105 5800 Road Wheelset
But I'd spend a little more and get these, which would still be close to your $200 budget with 23% off:

Vuelta Corsa HD Road Wheelset
Heavy but roll supper fast and are completely indestructible. I have two sets left, one with 10,000 miles and still true. I weighed 240-260 for most of those miles.
Corsa Lite's are nice wheel but lasted just over 1000 miles before spokes broke and hub holes were worn out.

I got a pair of Fulcrum Racing 5's for under $200 on a Nashbar deal. They look great, roll great and I am very happy

Would these Vuelta Corsa Lite Road wheels accommodate 25C tires or only 23C?

Team V in my Cinelli steel bike and they have been great for the three years I've used them at a steady
50 miles a week.

Consider that high and even spoke tension is just as big of an issue as the actual parts used in the build, especially for you since you're a big guy. It's not always a given that they're well tensioned from the factory, or that the build quality is the same from one set of wheels to another set of wheels.
