What bike are the US road and time trial riders riding? Will they use there team bikes from there regular teams or do they have different bikes for the games?

Team bikes.

But there have been instances where they've BLACKED OUT everything. The IOC has a very primitive rule on sponsor logo sizes, restrictions, etc. You won't see as much sponsor logos for sure.

ahh, I remember the 2012 like it was yesterday. I still think Uran sold the Gold. Why the F do you look back when you're steps away from the line? He also knew Vino had a stronger sprint than him, I would think this would end like a track sprint.
