Sorry if already posted. Sadly, this seems to happen way too often these days.

Haven't seen this one here, yet. The update, though, is the dude was outed and he went to a TV station or two to apologize. Stuck me as a little bit "I'm sorry," and a significant amount of "I'm sorry that I got caught and my employer is getting hammered by the court of public opinion."

I feel sorry for the old guy; so much anger, so much fear, so much frustration. USA!, USA!....

Santa Cruz competes with Huntington Beach for the "Surf City" brand name. Seems to attract similar personalities.

As usual, the comments are quite disturbing. Shows the overall lack of respect that motorists give cyclists.

Yes, I posted it here:
https://www.bikeforums.net/advocacy-s...el-mar-ca.html
I sent it to CBS/KCAL, spoke with the reporter and put her in contact with the Orange County Bicycle Coalition. It was their lead story on the news that night, here is the story:
Driver Apologizes After Road Rage Caught On Camera « CBS Los Angeles
The rider reports NBPD would not take a report on it. After some social and broadcast media, they are "investigating". Not holding my breath that anything will come of it, though a NB city councilman who got the sharrows on that road is also following it.

In my area that would be considered terroristic threatening which is a class A misdemeanor.
https://www.lrc.ky.gov/statutes/statute.aspx?id=19738
508.080 Terroristic threatening in the third degree.
(1) Except as provided in KRS 508.075 or 508.078, a person is guilty of terroristic threatening in the third degree when:
(a) He threatens to commit any crime likely to result in death or serious physical injury to another person or likely to result in substantial property damage to another person; or
(b) He intentionally makes false statements for the purpose of causing evacuation of a building, place of assembly, or facility of public transportation.
(2) Terroristic threatening in the third degree is a Class A misdemeanor
