Upgrading cranksets: Shimano Dura Ace vs FSA Mega Exo

So which one should I get?

Depends on what you are looking for. The DA is lighter and stiffer than the FSA, but the FSA looks sweet with the carbon. If you are going compact, the FSA is about your only choice. Truly, need more info for an outsider to decide for you.

Dude, for you, only the Zipp crank will do.

Do they make them in Transparent Aluminum with Titanium Nitride graphics?

Truvativ also makes both an alloy and Carbon external Bearing crankset. (both alloy and CF) in lengths up to 177.5 (no 180mm for some reason)
