Bb30 japan translation

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

If I could watch the whole video I'd probably understand the context but that text talks about the nylon washer/ wave washer and says the correct gap is 1mm.

That was my guess, my kanji isn't good. I was going to get a co-worker to translate, but it seems you already answered for him.

Adjust to 1mm or less (add nylon washer) ...... 1mm (normal)

Adjust so that gap of wave washer is 1mm or less
