Also a short fat guy here...my normal cruising speed is about 16-20 for what it's worth.

They need smoother roads there though...the crappy pavement they have in some of the areas out here is not sprint friendly.

I do this most morning on my commutte. One section of the ride is posted 25mph (most car speed). I have hit 40+ only once (mostly mid 30's) on a slingshot from behind a truck. It is so fun to freak motorist out several have slowed down as I pass them, some start to drag along side on the 3 lanes.

avg height/weight I think. I do have nice smooth roads for doing this on though.
