Done. Ignored.

Jadesfire 06-17-17 01:11 PM

Harsh, but helpful. Oh, well. Now when I share the answer to the secret of life, you're just gonna have to miss out :).

WhyFi 06-17-17 01:13 PM

Un-ignored - did you see what you needed?

WhyFi 06-17-17 01:23 PM

Interesting display at Ikea -

I've never seen a Dutchie on a trainer, let alone one on a trainer and "pulling" a trailer.

I guess so you can pretend to be living car free.

For folks on my ignore list, I see their posts when quoted by someone else. When Razor deleted all his posts in Addiction I, his quoted posts were still there, but not the original post. Don't know if this helps.

How is one tagged in a thread, or get their thread tagged?

I did. History remains the same. :thumb:

So, question: if someone puts you on their ignore list, do all of their quotes of your comments disappear from your own quote history? Is it completely retroactive?

I don't think it takes any retroactive actions, they just don't see any of your future comments.

I can't imagine someone putting you on ignore, you seem as gentle as a lamb.

But Bill, don't forget, it's the quiet ones you gotta watch out for. Remember xxxxxxx? Huh?

The worst part was that neither of my coffee shops had espresso beans yesterday, so I gave my wife the only latte (#goodhubby) and had to make myself a pour-over. That obviously delayed steps necessary before getting out the door.

I think you know my recommendation.

Fun ride today in Barcelona. There were two "meetup" group rides, one was advanced and one moderate. I decided to not get cocky and did the moderate one. It was fantastic! Only two other riders and a civilized pace. It's unseasonably hot here so some of the hills got me cooked. Was a ton of fun. The Canyon handles quite well and its 105 5800 works well, noisy FD shifts but no chain drops.

I am too beat to post pics here, will try to do that later.

Thanks for the update. Kudos delivered.

Oh yeah. I have had that pleasure. And a Barcelona city tour where example after example of his "work" was pointed out. Nutzoid.

True. I was just curious about this feature. I don't have anyone on my ignore list, and, as far as I know I'm not on anyone's (yet :)).

Diet Coke?

Per usual my goal of a century started way too late and I got caught in a massive downpour for an hour. Turned around so I only got 45 miles, but my legs aren't wrecked so I can do my speedy group tomorrow. Win some, lose some. Bike will inevitably have lots of squeaks for a while since I gave it a bath and probably missed lubing various bits.

datlas your wife is the real hero for letting you do a 6 hour ride during your vacation! Awesome!

seedsbelize 06-17-17 03:47 PM

No riding for me today. During my ten day layoff, I forgot the art of backing off a little bit.

Did you continue riding through the downpour?

BillyD 06-17-17 03:49 PM

Spray the whole bike down with WD40 and you'll be fine. :thumb:
