Any NE US Allez Sprint fans -- Montclair Bikery in North Jersey has a bunch of them in stock in all different colors. I see the owner at races, he rides a chrome and black Sprint that is just a super hot bike. He said he was so personally in love with the different colors that he ordered what he knew was too many of them just because he thought they would look so awesome in the shop. So now they are making deals on them.

Just...those forks. Almost ruin the whole thing.

Changed the chain from the connex to a regular dura ace. The Dura Ace cassette did not like the quick link on the chain. Now it shifts better.

Man I don't think I've seen an Allez Sprint yet that doesn't look great. Makes me want to crit race to justify it.
Some more beauties, I think the last one does better as a wall hanging than as a bike.

Those are all Red Hook Crit versions done in conjuection with Specialized. Not sure if/where/when the first three were sold. Last one was sold by Specialized, I believe a run of 300 worldwide.Originally Posted by PepeM

I saw the little Red Hook logo on them. They're not fixies though, so they can't be race bikes. I guess they were maybe sold only in certain countries, or used for demos, I don't know. I really like the second. As for the last one, I have one on order. Originally Posted by vinuneuro

Lucky guy. Last one is about as close to art as a bike can get. I'd feel guilty riding it. Originally Posted by PepeM

I know. Supposed to be my race bike, but I am not sure I want to risk crashing it. Also sucks that I don't have money to put some good components on it.

Those are some purty bikes... the only time ive considered having two of the same framesets just to have different colors. Heck, i might pull the trigger on the red hook if i like it when it comes in.

Having just the standard moto orange frame, I feel like is the rare option with all these limited editions floating around.
I love mine. Would have forked over the extra cash for the green and Ultegra but I loved this color.
18.5 pounds completely stock with 105.

I like that model too. It's always been a great looking bike over the decades, imo. I'd be happy to ride one from the oldest to newest, and any in between.
