Road bikes that easily fit a 700x30 tire.

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Buenos Aires fork is CF, but mine barely clears 25c tires, no way 32c fit. The rear brake bridge is problem; mor clearance at fork, but still...the stock short reach Ultegra calipers ain't gonnna do it, either.

For the kind of work you're talking about, I run a KinesisUK Racelight 4S with 30c Schwalbe S-One on 18.1mm internal rims, which measure out pretty close to 32mm; I'll see if I can find the measurement here, or just go remeasure in the morning.

Mine is a no longer available caliper version, but you wanted disc anyway; tire clearance limitation is at the BB. Parallel 73.5 HT/ST angles and the 45mm offset fork feel pretty roadie sporty. 420mm stays.

I use a carbon Jamis Endura that fits 700x32 Vittoria Hyper tires or 700x34 Clement USH tires. I like using it as a "gravel" bike more than my cyclocross bike with 700X34 tires. Continental Speed tire in 34 rubs rear brake bridge slightly.

I does feel like a road bike that also gives me the options on go on trails if I want to.
The only problem it has a very long headtube and one may use a negative degree stem to keep the handlebar low.

Another Jamis plug from me, My steel Jamis Quest Comp takes 30's. In fact I raced it in a dry cyclocross race a few weeks ago. Rear chain stays is the tightest point, where 30mm is probably close to the limit I would run...but the front fork would easily take 35mm.

Or build a bike with a curved seat tube or a steep seat tube and use a large setback seatpost (two of my bikes). There are choices. Just maybe not in a showroom.

Bowman Pilgrims (alu) and Layhams Disc (stainless steel) both fit the bill.

2017+ Roubaix will. When I put Mavic Ksyrium allroads on they came with a 30m tire and there was still plenty of room. Now running Schwalbe one 28's and there is loads of extra space

My Gunnar Sport will take a 32 Gravelking SK on Pacenti SL23 with room to spare. Probably would take a 35 smooth tire but that's a guess.

I can confirm that 35mm smooth tires fit on my Gunnar Sport with Velocity Dyad rims and no fenders. Kenda Happy Medium 700x35mm (which run small) and Challenge Grifo XS 700x32mm (which run large) both fit.
