Need Help With Numb Leg...STAT
I've been having problems with my right leg going numb. I got a bike fit last month and it has made a huge difference. After the fit, I rode 75 miles with no pain or discomfort.
I rode 60 miles last Saturday and I noticed my right foot going numb. When I finished the ride, I noticed my entire right leg was numb. It was numb the next day also. My right arm was also numb. I rode 36 miles on Monday and noticed the same problem. I rode 17 last night and I tried a few things below and it helped a little. I am riding 107 miles on Saturday and I definitely need to solve this quickly. Here is what I have tried/suspected
1. Change back to my old shoes
2. Changed the insoles of my current shoes
3. Tilted the saddle down 2 degrees
4. Tried pulling up more on the upstroke and reliving pressure off the pedals
5. Tried changing the position of my right shoe on the pedals to see if that relieve pressure.
Anyone have any suggestions or why my entire right leg and arm would go numb?

See a Doctor.
Numbness lasting into the next day is not normal, or healthy.

"I'm having a potentially serious problem with my body, what should I do? Post to an online cycling forum!"
Not to be snarky, but this the first reply has it right. See a doctor, not internet cyclists.

Asking a bunch of cyclists about foot pain when cycling isn't a bad idea. Asking a bunch of cyclists about half of your limbs going numb is probably above their pay grade. Go see a doctor.
